Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times
We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

USA: 7–12 business days

Canada, Australia, UK: 10–15 business days

Europe: 10–15 business days

Rest of the World: 15–35 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on product demand, customs delays, and local courier performance.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on most products. However, some remote regions or heavy/bulky items may incur additional fees, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Customs and Import Duties

Lost or Delayed Orders
